After graduating from CIT in 1987, John practiced in London at Guys Hospital and in a private sports clinic. On returning to New Zealand, John completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine at Otago University. With this and a Level 1 biomechanical accreditation complete, he is now completing a Masters in Sports Medicine and working towards a higher biomechanical accreditation.
John is also a provider to the New Zealand Academy of Sport.
"To fully utilise my sports medicine and biomechanical ability, I use a digital motional analysis system and electronic muscle evaluation equipment to diagnose and treat a wide range of injuries from the back down. This process can suit both general walkers through to elite athletes and focuses on muscle balance, core stability and technique changes."
All general podiatry services are carried out with sterile instruments and by modern standards.
